Within Dubai: Approx. 25 AED
Other parts of UAE: Approx. 25-30AED
GCC Countries: As per customer's freight company preference
International Shipping: As per customer's freight company preference
Special Offer: FREE delivery within the UAE for orders of 10 or more items.
Dubai Meet-ups: We are happy to meet you personally to ensure you love our products and to gather your feedback for improving our services.
Q: What is your refund/return policy?
A: Our return policy is as follows:
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
